Property blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this new photograph drop appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by building residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying different sections of the land.
Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for marina coverings.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the current oversight release.
